Recently The jQuery Mobile team has released stable (final) version 1.1.0 of jQuery mobile. JQuery mobile is powerful touch optimized handheld ui framework. jQM is compatible with a wide range of smartphones and tablets, as well as other handheld web frameworks and platforms such as phonegap etc. along with jQM, the jQuery team has also launched themeroller mobile for jQM. A lot of bugs are fixed in version 1.1 and this version is faster as well as smoother than previous versions. jQuery is going to launch new downloader builder tool soon. jQuery mobile 1.1 needs jQuery core 1.6.4 or 1.7.1 to work.
